Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@rideoutstorm.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and The Item and Proof of Purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Also, a prepaid label will be provided for defective or damaged products.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees will apply to the following situation.

If you change your mind about a purchase or cancel their order 12hrs after placing their order.  Yes. Up to 20% of the item's price.
If you change your mind mind about a purchase and return or refuse an item in the original condition within or outside of the return window Yes. Up to 20% of the item's price.
If you refuse delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier. No restocking fee. The seller pays for return shipping, but can file a claim with the carrier or insurance company, if they purchased insurance.
If you receive a used or damaged item. No restocking fee. The seller pays for the return shipping fee.
If you change your mind about a purchase and return an item within the return window but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different from how it was originally shipped to you. Yes. Up to 50% of the item's price.
If you return an item you received materially different from what you ordered. No restocking fee.
