Shipping costs
All new scooters and parts orders will be shipped FREE of charge via GROUND SHIPPING anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States. Please email us at support@rideoutstorm.com for a quote.
OUTSTORM scooters can ship to most addresses in the United States.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your address for accuracy when ordering from rideoutstorm.com. An incorrectly entered address can delay or prevent shipment.
Delivery time

When you place an order with rideoutstorm.com we will estimate shipping and delivery dates. Note that these dates are approximate and can change based on circumstances beyond our control. Once your package has been picked up by the carrier you can obtain delivery information directly from UPS.COM or FEDEX.COM please see "Tracking Your Package" below.
All orders placed on rideoutstorm.com will generally leave our warehouse in 2 business days. Our warehouses operate Monday – Friday excluding holidays.
Tracking your package
Using the tracking number provided in your "Shipping Confirmation Email" you can check the status of your delivery with UPS or FedEx or USPS. Your tracking number will automatically be emailed on your "Shipping Confirmation Email" sent within 48hrs hours of placing your order (Except Friday or Saturday)
Shipping Restrictions
P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, and Commercial Mail Boxes
RR can not ship to a U.S. Postal Service post office box, APO/FPO addresses, or commercial mailboxes. Please provide an actual street address.
Non-deliverable packages
When the carrier returns these non-deliverable packages to us, we will issue a full refund EXCLUDING shipping charges. Please allow 10 days for the refund to your credit card account.
